1. If you wish to publish/reprint any article from our site in your
ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you must:
* Respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing
the entire article as it is with no changes.
* Agree to include the FULL Resource Box or SIG Line at
the end of the article. The one exception
is for Affiliates of Dine Without Whine. You
may change the link (www.dinewithoutwhine.com) in the Resource Box to
your affiliate link
for Dine Without Whine instead of the standard link. If you would
like a personal affiliate redirect site such as www.dinewithoutwhine.com/(you
choose the text that goes here) instead of your big long affiliate link
let us know and I can set that up for you. Also, if the document
that you wish to use is a PDF file and you would like to use your
affiliate link, let us know and we can reformat it for you branded with
your link.
* Agree not to change the title or content of the
article in any way.
* Agree to make all links so that they are
Active/Linkable with no syntax changes.
* Agree to not put any of the articles found on this
site on any web site that also contains adult only content or any other
illegal content.
* Agree to never reprint any article from this site to
use for unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.
* Agree to never sell any article from the directory.
* Agree to never charge others to view any article you
reprint from our directory.
* Agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF
statements.
* Agree to never translate any content from our site in
any language. You may not create derivative works from any of our
content. (Again, the exception is if you contact the author directly and
she gives permission.)
* Agree to not submit the articles to article
directories.
2. It is a common courtesy to
let us know when you
reprint one of our articles. However, we do not require that
you do so.
3. If you violate any of the above terms of service
and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you
agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages
awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought
against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504)
