Fun In The Kitchen

A Personal Note

Hi there!  How are you?  We have Vacation Bible School at our church this week, so we have been busy with that.  We have a group of four college students who came to help with it, so we have been busy feeding and entertaining them.  Right now Matt has them working in our backyard setting up our new swing set!  The boys are ecstatic.  It is one of those big wood ones, so it will take awhile.

I have been working on setting up a personal family blog (online journal) this week.  It is not quite done yet, but is getting closer.  My parents and brother will be out next week to visit.  We are looking forward to that.  We will probably go camping one night, so that will be fun!

For Christians Birthday / Our Anniversary we ventured out to Champaign, IL which is about an hour away.  We visited their small Children's Museum and the Petting Zoo.  Then we had dinner at The Olive Garden and dessert at Baskin Robbins.  It was a fun day.

I have a web-site you may consider visiting if you work at home.  My friend Kelly McCausey has decided to offer her print magazine for Work at Home Moms for FREE!  I have been a paid subscriber for quite awhile and she has just announced her decision to make it free!  You can't beat that price!   If you work at home, go order your subscription now before she realizes she's crazy and changes her mind.  It is a really fun publication.  http://www.thewcnews.com/

Have a great week!

Christine
