Healthy Choices Tarter Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 medium Kosher dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP finely chopped red onion
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1. Put all the ingredients in a glass bowl and whisk together to combine. Mixture should be nice and smooth.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
