1/2 cup brown sugar, packed down
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

<p>This is traditionally served as a dipping sauce for cold shrimp, but is  nice with any fish. You can also use this sauce as a shrimp or fish  marinade before cooking.</p>
<h2>Ritz Cocktail Sauce</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 cups chili sauce</li>
<li>2 cups tomato paste</li>
<li>1/4 cup spicy mustard</li>
<li>1/2 cup horseradish</li>
<li>1 tsp lemon juice</li>
<li>1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>1/4 cup dill pickle relish, chopped fine</li>
<li>1/2 tsp Tabasco</li>
<li>salt to taste</li>
<li>dash cayenne</li>
</ul>
<p>1.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk vigorously until blended well.</p>
<p>2.  Refrigerate in tightly sealed jar until needed.</p>
<p>*This mixture will keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
