A Personal Note
I hope you had a great weekend. Matt and I enjoyed a
nice date night on Friday while grandma baby-sat. We
went to dinner and a movie - the classic date! It was a
nice relaxing evening. I worked on our taxes most of the
day Saturday only to find out on Sunday that I forgot to
include some interest income so I have to start all over now.
Bummer! I'm sure it will go a lot faster the 2nd time
around.
My mom has been sewing up a storm again. She made the
cutest little crab beach outfits for the boys. We put
one on e-bay as well.
I'm off to enjoy a yummy smoothie with my new favorite kitchen
appliance (see below). I hope you have a wonderful week!

Glazed Barbeque
Chicken Wings
Makes 4 servings
2 1/2 pounds frozen chicken wings
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1. Place chicken wings in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
2. Combine BBQ Sauce, honey and soy sauce and pour over chicken.
3. Bake, un-covered at 350 degrees for 75-90 minutes or until
chicken juices run clear. (If chicken is defrosted, cook for 50-60 minutes).
