our affiliates and believe in paying you well. Our program pays 40%
of every referral purchase.

you have to do is refer three people to our monthly program and your
Monthly Menu Plan Subscription is paid for! (Or your local coffee stand

or have a web-site to become an affiliate. You may simply add your
affiliate link to the signature line of your e-mail, post on bulletin
boards you frequent, or send out a one time e-mail to tell your friends
and family about our services. Of course if you do have a blog or
web-site you are more than welcome to display your affiliate banner there

AFFILIATE PROGRAM
*Once you join, you
will need to use the
links or banners provided in order to receive
referral credit. You will also be able to track
your clicks and sales. Payments are made by the 5th of each month
for the previous month for all accounts with balances who have a valid
Paypal address on file. If you prefer to be paid via check, payments
are paid once your account reaches $25 or more and you have a valid
mailing address on file.
*If someone
clicks on your affiliate link but doesn't buy right away, that's okay!
Even if your referral does not click on your link next time, but comes
directly back to Dine Without Whine and makes a purchase - up to a FIVE
YEARS later - you
will still automatically receive credit!
TERMS
- No SPAM.
This includes but not limited to email, blog comments,
forum posts, trackbacks
and articles. Should we find any complaint about you spamming with our
products mentioned, we reserve the right to forfeit any commissions
payable and to cancel your account.
- Affiliate payments are paid out by the 10th each
month for the previous month’s earnings. Should a
customer request a refund, the
commission will be reversed in your account (showing negative)
- Commissions are paid only on referred sales.
You must use your affiliate link provided to refer all sales.
Commissions will be voided for your own purchases.
- You are not allowed to make any performance claims
when promoting our products. An example or performance claim is, “I
saved $X in 30 days on my grocery bill
after subscribing to Dine Without Whine”.
You can tell people how satisfied you are with
the quality of the content or how it helped you achieve your
menu planning goals, but
you can not make claims that may or may not be able to be duplicated by
others.
- We will strive to create
quality tools and promotional material
to aid you in your success. While you are allowed, to
create your own content and promotional materials, they must comply to
the guidelines set forth by
the FTC.
- We reserve the right to monitor affiliate activity to
the best of our abilities and resources to ensure compliance with our
terms.
- We reserve the right to change or update these
policies at any time. We will however, notify
you of such changes. As affiliates, we recommend you be continuously
subscribed to our affiliate newsletter (You are
automatically subscribed when you join as an affiliate, but do have the
option to opt-out), to ensure you receive these important updates
to our policies and any changes to your affiliate account.
- By using your affiliate link and/or any of our
promotional materials, you indicate agreement to these terms and
conditions.
